Overall, what do I think?

The Metabolic Cooking program from my point of view is the best non fluff dieting program for boosting your metabolism and burning fat fast.  Karine (a beautiful lady) but not just a pretty face she holds a masters degree in psychology and has shown her understanding of the struggles that people with weight loss problems experience by developing this program.
